HISTORY

Ludwick Law Group is the next generation of a legal legacy started by H. Graham Fitch and John H. Ludwick in 1974. Perched atop the 41st floor of what was then the Union Bank building in downtown Seattle, Graham and Jack offered clients zealous representation at an affordable cost. As their practice grew, so did their areas of legal expertise, with each taking on cases ranging from personal injury to workers’ compensation to business formation to family law. When the two partners moved their business to the Eastside in downtown Bellevue in 2000, their commitment to satisfied clients remained unchanged.
In 2016, Kathryn L. Ludwick joined the firm and continued to expand the firm’s practice areas into estate planning, trust administration, and probate. Two years later, Graham Fitch decided to wind down his 56-year practice and the Ludwick Law Group was born.
Today, Ludwick Law Group continues to deliver thoughtful, considered legal advice in plain English. We recognize there is not a one size fits all approach when it comes to the law, which is why we take the time to get to know our clients to tailor a solution designed to meet their needs. While our practice has a heavy emphasis on estate planning and probate, we have the benefit of 40-plus years of practice and can assist with a variety of legal issues. Even better, if we can’t help you, we will help you find someone who can.
